Once again, it’s not officially official but Audi is set to reveal a hotter version of its entry level hatch at the Paris Motor Show. Sources indicate that the S1 will get its motivation from the 1.4-liter TSI twin-charged engine that also calls the Volkswagen Polo GTI and Golf TSI home.
Audi will most likely tweak the found banger to pump out over 180hp that it gives in the Polo GTI. Of course, the usual go fast bits like bigger and wider rubbers, upgraded suspension and brakes as well as the S-Line styling cues will be part of the package.
